Dear devotees and friends,
Our beloved Gurudev, Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj has expressed his desire that our Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Seva Ashram in Soquel, California will be able to accommodate the needs of an ever-growing community of devotees, and become a center where everyone can visit and take refuge. We have been working with engineers and architects to expand and further develop the Ashram's facilities, with plans to build a larger residence for Srila Gurudev that will provide additional space for him to meet with the many devotees who come to visit him and who desire to receive his spiritually nourishing association. Also envisioned is a new temple center, and guesthouses with forty individual rooms to provide accommodation for visiting devotees and residents.

Srila Gurudev has given his blessings for us to undertake this ambitious project and to build this grand temple at our Soquel Ashram, and he has predicted that we will be successful and that the beautiful Seva Ashram will be known throughout the world.
Presently in Soquel, by the mercy of Srila Govinda Maharaj, the devotees have been working tirelessly to establish and expand both our businesses and collection programs, to provide for this expansion as well as meet our normal operational expenses. Under the direction of Sripad Janardan Maharaj, the devotees are also engaged in preaching at the many colleges here, are doing programs in downtown Santa Cruz, and also visiting with members of the Indian community.
Our centers in Soquel and San Jose serve as a base from which we may expand all of these programs. To really be successful, we need the blessings of the worldwide devotees, and we also need your help!
This project is very large and will require the dedication and hard work of many devotees. It will require more than the millions of dollars to develop this project: it will require the good will, assistance, and dedication of the devotees to become a reality.
We are inviting serious devotees from around the world to come join us in Soquel and San Jose to assist with this dynamic and enlivening project. Whether you come for six months, or longer, this will be a great opportunity for you to live and serve in the association of dedicated servitors of Srila Govinda Maharaj, and a chance for you to play a valuable role in the development of this beautiful project.
